At Dynamic Construction we are continually on the search for passionate people to join our team. Whilst we value experience, we also offer full apprenticeships to those just starting out in their career.

We think that our business is a brilliant place for young people to learn more than just the skills of the trade. We teach our employees a great work ethic, excellent customer service and a drive to provide quality workmanship.

Spencer

We were very excited to welcome Spencer Franklin to the team as an apprentice joiner. Spencer joined us after deciding to leave sixth form early. He made the decision that the academic route just wasn’t for him and he wanted to learn a trade he could really take pride in.

Spencer has been playing rugby from a young age and this keeps him in shape which really benefits him in keeping up with the physical demands of the job.

Spencer has settled in well and proven himself to be an asset to the team. We’re really pleased that Spencer has joined us and made an excellent start to what we’re sure will be a great career in construction.

John

John Reynolds joined our sister company, Naylor Mechanical Services Ltd, as an apprentice plumber. John joined us straight from school, confident that learning a trade was the right option for him.

John is a keen sports fan and enjoys playing and watching both rugby and football. Clearly an active type of person, a desk job probably wouldn’t be the right choice for John, so we’re really pleased he decided to pursue a career with us.

John is an excellent fit for our company and has settled into the team quickly. He is busy learning new skills that will no doubt lead to a long and interesting career.
