Project Overview
We were asked to create a new facility within the award winning Broadcasting Place. The project was completed over three phases to create an excellent facility for the students to work and learn in.
The facility needed to include lots of equipment including computers, sewing machines and plenty of storage. To accommodate the equipment we installed raised computer flooring and advanced electrical structures for equipment designed by Arup consultants. We also installed LED lighting throughout the space.
As well as the electrical works we also completed work on the ceilings, bulkheads and decoration of the space.
The result of our work was a fully functional creative facility where students had the space and equipment to complete their projects. The well-lit, practical space is a fantastic addition to the university’s facilities.
