Project Overview
This purpose of this project was to refurbish ground floor toilet facilities and ensure they were suitable for disabled users.
There were major structural alterations involved in order to build the facilities to ensure they met requirements and regulations.
We installed new cubical systems and partitioning as well as fully redecorating the area. We also fit out the space with suitable vinyl flooring.
A full electrical rewire was necessary and we also provided new mechanical services (heating, ventilation and plumbing). The state of the art disabled facilities included a clos-o-mat installation and hoist.
As with many of our projects, there were multiple elements involved and this meant the project had to be managed efficiently. We were able to supply a quality refurbishment that met all of our client’s needs and was within their budget and delivered on time.
