Northern School Contemporary Dance

Project Overview

 

We were instructed to carry out a full external façade refurbishment which would involve brick work re-pointing. The key consideration with this project was the fact that the building was Grade II listed. Because of this we had to use traditional methods and the work was overseen by Leeds conservation project to ensure it was carried out correctly.

 

Full external scaffolding was required to complete the works and this had to be erected and disassembled with care so as not to cause any damage to the building.

 

The client had to ensure that they contracted a construction team that were fully qualified to carry out this type of work and that it met approval from Leeds conservation. Fortunately we were well positioned to offer this level of service and were also able to deliver within the required timescales.
